Program Details
The Coca Cola HBC Technical Trainee Program is an 18-month intensive, non-residential training initiative aimed at developing technical expertise in participants. The program is structured in two phases: the first 18 months will be conducted in Lagos, and the following 6 months will take place in various Coca Cola HBC plants across Nigeria. During this period, trainees will benefit from both classroom instruction and real-time exposure to production operations, preparing them for potential employment within the organization.
