Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 2026 Aradel Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) or an HND with Upper Credit in relevant disciplines, including:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, Process, Chemical, Structural, Geology, Computer Science, and related STEM fields)
- Law, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Management Sciences
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with a valid discharge or exemption certificate
- Possess no more than 3 years post-graduation work experience
