The Andersen Graduate Program is a unique platform created for young graduates who are eager to begin their professional careers in a dynamic and international environment. Andersen provides advisory services in Tax, Corporate and Commercial Advisory, Regulatory and Transactional Services, Transfer Pricing, and Business Advisory to both resident and non-resident companies across Nigeria, West Africa, and globally.
The firm is staffed with professionals who possess decades of expertise in taxation, transfer pricing, accounting, and transactional services. Through the Graduate Program, Andersen aims to build a new generation of professionals equipped with technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and international exposure.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Andersen Graduate Trainee Program 2026, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 5 credits in one sitting, including Mathematics and English Language.
- Hold at least a Second-Class Upper degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- For graduates from international universities, academic transcripts must be provided where the class of degree is not indicated on the certificate.
- Law graduates must have a minimum of a Second-Class Lower degree from the Nigerian Law School.
- Be less than 27 years of age at the time of application.
- Have completed the NYSC program, be currently serving, or provide evidence of exemption.

Selection Criteria
