Scholarship Details
The AgriTech Undergraduate Scholarship was established to empower outstanding undergraduate students across Nigerian tertiary institutions who demonstrate interest in agriculture, agribusiness, and agricultural technology.
The program aims to develop the next generation of agripreneurs, innovators, and problem-solvers who will contribute to food security, sustainable farming, and agricultural modernization in Nigeria. Selected scholars will receive financial support to continue their studies and will also gain professional visibility as certified AgricTech Scholars.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the AgriTech Undergraduate Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled in a recognized Nigerian University, Polytechnic, or College of Education
- Be in 200 level or above of an undergraduate program
- Be studying Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, or related agriculture-focused disciplines
CGPA Consideration:
- First Class / Distinction: Priority consideration for full award
- Second Class Upper / Upper Credit: Considered based on supporting strengths (passion, experience, video presentation, etc.)
Transcript Requirement:
- Applicants must submit an official or student copy of their academic transcript or statement of results
- Transcript must reflect the most recent academic session
- Transcript must be signed or stamped by the school registry or department
