The Federal Government 3MTT DeepTech Ready Upskilling Programme delivers an intensive learning experience targeted at individuals who are prepared to deepen their technical expertise and transition into advanced technology roles.
The programme is implemented by the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy and aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s vision to create two million digital jobs by 2025 through the development of skilled technical talent.
As a key component of the Renewed Hope Agenda, the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) initiative focuses on strengthening Nigeria’s technical talent base to support the digital economy and position the country as a global exporter of tech talent.
The first phase of the programme is being executed in collaboration with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and involves multiple stakeholders, including fellows, training providers, partners, and job placement organisations.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 3MTT DeepTech Ready Upskilling Programme, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Show interest in participating in the programme
- Be available for the full duration of the programme
- Possess intermediate knowledge in relevant technical fields
