The TGI Young Professionals Program is an initiative of Tropical General Investments (TGI), developed as part of the company’s long-term talent pipeline strategy. It is designed to equip high-potential young professionals with the technical knowledge, leadership exposure, and core competencies required for future managerial and executive roles within the organization.
The program features a cross-functional and cross-business rotation structure, allowing participants to gain experiential and practical knowledge across various operational units. Over a six-month period, selected candidates will engage in structured learning, real-time project assignments, and performance-driven development activities tailored to accelerate career growth.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the TGI Young Professionals Program 2026, applicants must:
- Possess a B.Sc or HND in Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences, or other business-relevant disciplines
- Have a minimum of two (2) years’ relevant work experience
- Hold a professional certification (added advantage)
- Possess a graduate degree (MSc/MBA) from a reputable institution (added advantage)
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Be 27 years old or younger at the time of application
- Submit a comprehensive and updated CV containing relevant academic and professional information
