Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Dufil Prima Indomie Graduate Trainee Programme, applicants must satisfy the requirements below.
Accountant (Graduate Management Trainee)
Applicants must:
- Be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA), or currently in view
- Have 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience in a reputable organisation (FMCG, retail, or manufacturing preferred)
- Possess strong knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles
- Be proficient in accounting software such as:
- Sage
- QuickBooks
- Zoho Books
- SAP
- Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrate excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Have high attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Show strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility
Six Sigma Facilitator (Graduate Management Trainee)
Applicants must:
- Hold a First Class Honours degree only
- Have 0–5 years of work experience
- Be not more than 30 years of age
- Possess a B.Eng. or B.Sc. in any of the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Food Technology
- Chemistry
- Biochemistry
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Biotechnology
- Computer Science
- Microbiology

- Be willing to accept deployment to any location at the company’s discretion
