Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2026 Chi Farms Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Management, Veterinary Medicine, Food Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplines
- Have graduated with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university
- Have 0–2 years of work experience
- Be not older than 30 years by December 31, 2024
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
- Possess excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Be willing to work in any of Chi Farms’ locations within or outside Nigeria
