Applications are now open for the 2026 Andela AI Engineering Bootcamp Program. This program is structured to prepare participants to become AI-focused engineers capable of delivering enterprise-level solutions.
Over the course of 10 weeks, selected candidates will undergo a rigorous learning experience that blends live expert-led sessions with practical, real-world projects. The training is specifically tailored to build deep AI fluency while strengthening software engineering expertise for modern enterprise environments.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 2026 Andela AI Engineering Bootcamp Program, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Possess strong experience working with Python or Node.js, APIs, databases, and software architecture.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of TypeScript, modern frameworks such as React or Next.js, and familiarity with AI-related tools or libraries like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or vector databases.
- Be able to commit 40 hours per week for 10 weeks.
- Have access to a personal computer (Mac/Linux or Windows) and a stable internet connection (mobile devices are not acceptable).
- Not be employed full-time, either with an Andela client or any other organization.
