Scholarship Details
The MAPP Erasmus Mundus Scholarship is a two-year Erasmus Mundus Master’s programme in Public Policy delivered by a consortium of four European universities.
The programme provides students with the opportunity to study at different partner institutions through a range of mobility tracks, allowing participants to develop expertise in European and international public policy.
Students will gain interdisciplinary knowledge and an international academic experience while studying in different European countries.
The programme is open to applicants from both EU and non-EU countries. Scholarship applicants are selected based on their academic qualifications, motivation, and suitability for the programme.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the MAPP Erasmus Mundus Scholarship 2027, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree of at least three years’ duration from a recognised university or higher education institution.
- Have achieved at least a UK Upper Second-Class (2:1), B+, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate strong motivation and interest in European and international public policy.
- Submit a strong statement of purpose demonstrating their motivation for the programme.
- Meet the programme’s English language requirements.
- Provide proof of residence before enrolment, such as a municipal residency certificate, rental agreement, or utility bill.

English Language Requirement
Applicants who obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree that was taught entirely in English may be exempt from submitting a separate English language certificate, subject to the programme’s eligibility rules.
