The World Economic Forum Early Career Program 2026 offers talented individuals the opportunity to work alongside global leaders, policymakers, business executives, and changemakers while contributing to projects that address some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary and medical allowance, gain hands-on international work experience, and work full-time for six months at World Economic Forum offices in locations including Switzerland, India, China, and Japan.

The World Economic Forum Early Career Program is designed for ambitious young professionals who are eager to contribute to meaningful global initiatives while developing their careers in an international environment.
As the leading international organization for public-private cooperation, the World Economic Forum works with governments, businesses, civil society organizations, and experts to address regional, industry, and global challenges. Through this program, participants will collaborate with diverse teams, support strategic projects, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to the Forum’s mission of improving the state of the world.
The program welcomes individuals from different academic and professional backgrounds who are interested in building expertise, supporting organizational operations, and helping develop innovative solutions to complex global issues.
Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the World Economic Forum Early Career Program 2026, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Have between 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Be available to participate in the program for six months
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Be an effective communicator with the ability to connect and collaborate with others
- Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Have excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Have an interest or experience in:
- Programme management
- Project management
- Leadership development
- Community management
- Have experience in:
- Professional writing
- Digital publishing
- Content creation
- Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Be proficient in digital collaboration tools
- Have working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce or other CRM software
- Have database management experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Program Benefits
Successful applicants of the World Economic Forum Early Career Program will receive:
