The programme is primarily hosted in McKinsey’s Nairobi and Addis Ababa offices and offers participants the opportunity to work closely with global clients on real business challenges.
Participants are integrated into project teams where they collaborate with colleagues and clients to solve complex problems, gaining hands-on experience in consulting. The programme focuses on building practical skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace, including digital and analytical thinking, innovative problem-solving approaches, and strong communication abilities.

Eligibility Criteria
