Fellowship Details
The Judicial Fellowship Program is a comprehensive initiative that combines interactive learning, simulations, case studies, and experiential training to strengthen judicial capacity globally. Fellows will explore the U.S. judicial system through site visits in Washington, DC, including exposure to federal and state courts, and even the Supreme Court of the United States.
The program also includes cultural and historical visits in Virginia, offering participants a well-rounded international experience. Through collaboration with leading institutions, participants will develop skills in analytical thinking, ethical decision-making, mediation, and judicial performance evaluation, while building a global network of professionals dedicated to advancing the rule of law.
Eligibility Criteria

- Be from Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, or the Americas
