Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the ARM Graduate Trainee Program 2026, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any discipline
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Have no more than one (1) year of post-graduation work experience
