After submission, the selection process will include the following stages:
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted by the Commission’s consultants in Rivers State
- Candidates must score at least 70% in the test to proceed to the next stage
- Successful candidates will undergo further shortlisting
- Final verification will be carried out through the Local Government Area (LGA) and Community Development Committee (CDC)
Preference may be given to candidates from oil-producing host communities and local government areas, provided they meet the approved cutoff score in the selection process.
