Program Details
The SI Global Executive Programme is a leadership development initiative created for senior executives who want to combine business growth with sustainable impact. The programme focuses on strengthening the capacity of business leaders to drive transformation that is economically resilient, socially responsible, and environmentally sustainable.
Participants will gain valuable insights from Swedish organisations and leaders actively involved in the green transition, learning innovative approaches to sustainability and leadership. Through interactive sessions, collaborative learning, and exposure to Sweden’s sustainability-driven business environment, participants will develop practical strategies that can be applied directly within their companies to improve long-term sustainability and business impact.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the SI Global Executive Programme, applicants must:
- Be a citizen and resident of one of the programme countries
- Hold a leadership position such as CEO or senior executive in a medium or large company with authority to lead strategic changes in the organisation.
- Be at least 30 years old (born in 1996 or earlier).
- Have strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Possess a completed post-secondary qualification equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Be willing to actively participate, support other participants, and share professional knowledge and experiences.
- Have identified a business challenge or organisational need that can be developed during the programme to help the company contribute to a more sustainable global economy.
