Established in 1988, the Leventis Foundation Nigeria (LFN) continues the philanthropic legacy of Cypriot entrepreneur Anastasios G. Leventis. The foundation is widely recognized as a respected charitable organization committed to sustainable development and capacity building in Nigeria.

This Graduate Trainee Program is specifically designed for young engineering graduates who are eager to build a mission-driven career focused on meaningful community impact, technical growth, and long-term professional stability within a reputable institution.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Leventis Foundation Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Or a closely related field
  • Have 0–2 years post-graduation experience
  • Possess basic knowledge of automotive systems (mechanical and electrical)
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Present a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
  • Be willing to work in any of the following locations:
    • Enugu
    • Aba
    • Lagos
    • Abuja

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support emergency breakdown response and repairs when necessary
  • Monitor vehicle performance and report recurring technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with company maintenance standards and safety procedures
