Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Master Mind Scholarship 2026, applicants must:
- Demonstrate outstanding academic performance, including:
- A minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0
- Show proof of sufficient English language proficiency through one of the following:
- Minimum overall band score of 7.0 in IELTS
- Minimum total score of 94 in TOEFL
- C1 level in Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)
- Equivalent results in another recognized official English test
- Online IELTS and TOEFL tests are accepted
- Not be currently enrolled at a Flemish higher education institution
- Exception: International students enrolled in a preparatory programme leading to a Master’s starting in September
- Not enrol solely in:
- A preparatory programme
- A bridging programme
- A distance learning programme
- Be of any nationality (except Russian nationals)
- The previous degree must have been obtained from an institution located outside Flanders
- Not combine this scholarship with:
- Another scholarship from the Flemish Government
- An Erasmus Mundus scholarship
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants of the Hasselt University Master Mind Scholarship will receive:
- €10,225 annual grant

- Payment of grant in instalments
- Coverage for accommodation costs
- Insurance expenses

How to Apply
To apply for the Hasselt University Master Mind Scholarship 2026, follow the steps below:

- Complete the Master Mind Scholarship application form before March 15, 2026
