Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the OilServ Graduate Trainee Program 2026, applicants must:
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Possess 0–2 years of work experience
- Not be older than 28 years
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) in:
- Engineering
- Law
- Information Management
- Accounting
- ESG
- Social Sciences
- Have knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) — this is an added advantage
