The Dangote Academy is inviting applications for its 2026 Industrial Maintenance Technician (IMT) Program, a structured vocational initiative aimed at developing competent technical professionals for industrial and plant operations.
This 18-month training program is specifically tailored for graduates of secondary schools and technical colleges, equipping them with industry-relevant technical expertise through a well-balanced combination of practical workshops, classroom-based instruction, and direct workplace exposure.
The program will run in selected operational locations including Lagos, Kano, Delta, and Kogi States, and is delivered in partnership with Workforce Group to ensure global-standard training delivery and industry alignment.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Dangote IMT Program 2026, applicants must:
- Be a recent graduate of:
- Secondary School (WAEC/NECO/SSCE), OR
- Technical College (NABTEB)
- Note that candidates who already hold:
- ND
- HND
- University Degree
are strictly not eligible for this vocational training program.
