Applications for the 2026 Skoltech University Scholarship are now open to international students who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in Russia. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2026 Skoltech University Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
For Master’s Programs
- Hold an appropriate Bachelor’s or Specialist degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited university
For Doctoral (PhD) Programs
- Hold an appropriate Master’s or Specialist degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited university
Please note that Skoltech receives a high number of applications from outstanding candidates each year. Meeting the minimum admission requirements does not automatically guarantee admission.
