Scholarship Details
The Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarship is awarded to outstanding international students who have been admitted into a Master’s programme offered by Université Paris-Saclay and its affiliated institutions. The scholarship is granted based on academic excellence and is designed to attract talented students from around the world to pursue postgraduate studies in France.
Depending on the level of admission, the scholarship may be awarded for one or two academic years (M1 or M2), subject to the student earning the required academic credits to progress to the next year. The programme supports scholars throughout their studies by easing financial burdens and facilitating their transition into the French higher education system.
Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be international students
- Have secured admission into a Master’s degree programme at Université Paris-Saclay
- Have never been previously enrolled in a French higher education institution
- Be under 30 years of age in the year of application
NOTE:
- All academic disciplines are eligible
- All Master’s programmes at Université Paris-Saclay are eligible except vocational programmes
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants of the Université Paris-Saclay Scholarship will receive:
- A scholarship amount of €10,000 per year, paid over 10 consecutive months (September to June)
- A flat-rate travel and visa allowance of up to €900, depending on the candidate’s country of origin
- Administrative and accommodation support upon arrival in France
IMPORTANT:
Scholarship funds and travel allowances are disbursed only after the student arrives in France and officially enrolls in the admitted programme.
How to Apply
To apply for the Université Paris-Saclay Scholarship:
- Submit an application for a Master’s degree at Université Paris-Saclay before the international scholarship deadline
- Selected candidates will automatically receive an email invitation containing a link to the online scholarship application form
- Complete the online form and provide the names and contact details of two referees (e.g., professor, academic supervisor, internship coordinator)
- Each referee will receive an email link to submit an online recommendation form before the scholarship deadline
- The scholarship application will be considered complete only after both recommendation forms have been submitted
