Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicants will be considered even if they have not yet enrolled

You must complete all the steps below before accessing the application portal (the process may take up to 48 hours):

  • Step 1: Create a UM Friend Account (required to access university systems, including the LSA Scholarships Application Portal)
  • Step 2: Verify your Friend Account on Wolverine Access
    • Navigate to the Students tab
    • Click New & Prospective Student Business
    • Log in with your Friend Account ID and password
    • Verify personal information, including UMID and birth date
  • Step 3: Once verification is complete, proceed to submit your scholarship application
