The First-Class Muslim Foundation Undergraduate Learning Support Programme (ULSP) is a scholarship and mentorship initiative created to nurture academically excellent male Muslim undergraduates in Nigeria.
The programme combines financial support with structured Islamic, academic, and professional mentorship, ensuring beneficiaries develop strong moral values alongside educational excellence. Through monthly stipends and continuous mentorship sessions, the programme aims to raise a generation of disciplined, knowledgeable, and socially responsible Muslim leaders who will contribute positively to society.
Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the FCM Foundation Undergraduate Learning Support Programme 2026, applicants must:
- Be a 100-level male Muslim undergraduate
- Be a full-time student at an eligible Nigerian tertiary institution
- Be between 16 and 19 years old
- Possess a minimum of six (6) credit passes in SSCE obtained in one sitting
- Have scored at least 250 in the UTME taken prior to admission
- Be physically, mentally, and psychologically stable
- Demonstrate good moral conduct and leadership potential
