Program Details
The POSTECH Global Young Leaders Program 2026–2027 offers outstanding undergraduate students the opportunity to experience academic and campus life at one of Asia’s leading science and technology universities. The programme follows a structured leadership framework known as LEAD+, which emphasizes academic rigor, leadership development, and global engagement.
Participants will enroll in at least six major-related academic courses, ensuring a challenging and meaningful academic experience rather than general elective studies. In addition to coursework, students will receive Korean language training, participate in cultural excursions across South Korea, and engage in leadership-focused activities designed to broaden global perspectives.
A key feature of the programme is the four-week winter research internship, where students collaborate directly with POSTECH professors to gain hands-on research skills and practical academic experience. Upon completion of the programme in June, participants will receive an official transcript and completion certificate, strengthening their academic and professional profiles.
