Program Details
The MultiChoice Talent Factory Program is a year-long immersive training initiative created to develop the next generation of African storytellers and content creators. Participants will receive practical and theoretical training delivered by experienced industry professionals, preparing them for real-world careers in television, film, and digital media.
Throughout the programme, selected candidates will acquire valuable experience in areas such as directing, producing, cinematography, commissioning, and other essential aspects of film and television production, while building professional networks within the creative industry.
Eligibility Criteria

- Be between 21 and 26 years of age
- Hold a college or university qualification
- Have prior experience or strong interest in the film or creative industry
- Be interested in gaining hands-on experience in:
- Directing
