Program Details
The Hult Prize Impact Fellowship 2026 will select up to five fellows at early stages of their careers to spend eight months with the Hult Prize team. Fellows will engage in masterclasses and workshops, participate in 200+ hours of hands-on training including startup evaluation, founder interviews, due diligence, and program operations.
Through 1:1 mentorship with Hult Prize operators and industry leaders, and immersion in a global startup ecosystem spanning 130+ countries, participants will gain practical experience and global exposure. At the end of the fellowship, Hult Prize will support fellows in transitioning into roles as investors, startup operators, founders, or impact and sustainability professionals.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Hult Prize Impact Fellowship, you should:
- Be an early-career talent or recent graduate who is fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Have a strong passion for startups, social innovation, and impact investing
- Possess some exposure — through work, projects, or student leadership — to startups, VC, finance, consulting, research, community building, or program operations
- Be comfortable working remotely across time zones and in fast-changing, multicultural teams
- Be able to commit 20–30 hours per week from February to September 2026, with intensity peaks in April and late August
- Be available to join them in London between August 2026 and September 5, 2026 (for the Global Accelerator phase)
