The Zenith Insurance Entry Level Initiative is designed to recruit highly driven, smart, and innovative fresh graduates for roles within the Underwriting and Claims departments. Zenith General Insurance, known for its growth and dynamism in the Nigerian insurance industry, aims to nurture young professionals eager to build successful careers.
Through this program, selected candidates gain exposure to core insurance operations, hands-on learning experiences, and structured professional development tailored to strengthen their skills in one of Nigeria’s leading insurance institutions.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Zenith Insurance Entry Level Program, applicants must:
- Hold a minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2) in a social science course such as Insurance, Actuarial Science, or Economics
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Possess professional certifications in Insurance, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science (added advantage)
- Be no more than 28 years old
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork abilities
