Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be enrolled as full-time students or double-degree students at Hochschule Hof University of Applied Sciences (exchange students are not eligible)

- Show financial need
- Be graduates from any of the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, and Ukraine
