Program Details
Lafarge Africa Plc invites qualified candidates holding an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) for admission into its multi-skilled vocational training programme. This 18-month, non-residential scheme provides a blend of classroom instruction and intensive practical sessions across two key technical areas:
- Maintenance Processes (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation, Welding & Fabrication Technology)
- Cement Manufacturing Processes (Production, Process, and Quality)
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Lafarge Skills Development Training, applicants must:
- Have completed an OND programme from a recognized institution not earlier than 2021.
- Possess at least 5 O’level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one additional subject (in no more than 2 sittings).
