Program Details
Applications are now open for the 2025 Dangote Support Service Graduate Trainee Program. This initiative, also known as the Knowledge Transfer Programme, is designed to equip young graduates with relevant skills while contributing to the company’s vision of building a better Africa.
As a participant in the Support Services functions, trainees will have the opportunity to enhance their skills and gain hands-on experience across various areas within the organization. The program provides a structured learning environment where participants can grow professionally while contributing to impactful projects.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Law, or Information Technology.
- Have a minimum of Second-Class Lower or HND Upper Credit.
- Must have graduated between 2022 and 2024.
- Completion of NYSC is required by October 2025.
- Be no older than 28 years by October 31, 2025.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exhibit critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Show adaptability, willingness to learn, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
