Eligibility Criteria

- Possess a university degree or be able to commit full-time to the program while studying.
- Demonstrate first leadership experience (e.g., student associations, NGOs, sports teams, employment, or entrepreneurship).
- Show interest in building a leadership career in Commercial or Supply Chain, with strong drive to make impact in business areas.
- Have clear professional and leadership aspirations, supported by extra trainings, seminars, or workshops.
- Be fluent in English and computer literate.
- Possess up to 3 years of formal working experience after graduation.
- Be willing to relocate to another country if necessary.
