The National Examinations Council (NECO) will release the results of the 2025 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) Internal on Wednesday, 17th September 2025, at 12 noon. The official announcement will be made by the Registrar and Chief Executive, Professor Ibrahim Dantani Wushishi, at the Council’s headquarters in Minna, Niger State.
According to the Council, the event will take place at the NECO Conference Hall and will be attended by staff and stakeholders.
In a related development, NECO will hold its Productivity Award Ceremony on Thursday, 18th September 2025, also at its headquarters. The ceremony will recognise newly retired staff, with the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU) presenting gifts to honour their service.
Speaking ahead of the event, NASU Chairman, Comrade Terndu Iorshagher, praised the retirees for their commitment, noting that their contributions went beyond the union to the entire Council. He encouraged them to remain active in society, describing retirement as the beginning of a new phase of life.
