Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the MTN Graduate Skills Development Scheme 2025, applicants must:
- Hold a First Degree (minimum 2:1) or HND with Upper Credit in Engineering or related fields such as:
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Telecommunications Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- ICT
- Have 0–2 years of work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess prior industrial training or work experience in telecoms/IT-related fields (an added advantage).
