The Nestlé Nigeria Technical Training Programme 2025 is a fully sponsored opportunity designed to equip participants with relevant technical skills through classroom instruction, hands-on training, and industrial exposure at Nestlé Technical Training Centres located in Agbara, Sagamu, and Abuja.

Program Details
The Nestlé Nigeria Technical Training Programme is organized by the Nestlé Technical Training Centre (NTTC) to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. Over the course of 18 months, trainees will undergo structured technical education that includes rigorous theoretical classes, practical training sessions, and direct industrial work experience in Nestlé’s factories.
The programme emphasizes three (3) major areas:
- Mechanical Operations
- Electrical and Instrumentation Operations
- Automation and Control Systems Activities
During the training, participants will also be assessed continuously through performance appraisals. At the end of the programme, successful trainees will be awarded a Nestlé Certificate of Participation and will also be well-prepared for the City and Guilds of London Technician Awards in Engineering.
Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the Nestlé Nigeria Technical Training Programme 2025, applicants must:
- Have obtained a minimum of Lower Credit in Ordinary National Diploma (OND) issued by a Nigerian Polytechnic before 2022, in any of the following fields (or related disciplines):
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical Installation & Maintenance Engineering
- Applied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics)
- Applied Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Industrial Measurement and Control / Instruments Mechanics Work
- Automation Engineering
- Possess five (5) O-Level credits or equivalent obtained in one sitting, including:
- Physics
- Mathematics
- English Language
- Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, or Chemistry
