The AYM Shafa Graduate Trainee Program 2025 seeks ambitious, innovative, and purpose-driven graduates ready to make an impact in the energy sector and beyond.
Shafa Energy is the retail brand and downstream distribution arm of A.Y.M Shafa Holdings Limited, a leading Nigerian oil and gas company with a vast network of fuel stations, LPG outlets, and, recently, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations. Through this program, young professionals will gain practical exposure and real-world experience in the oil and gas industry, making them more prepared for long-term career success.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Shafa Energy AYM Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must:
- Be a graduate with a minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2) in the following fields:
- Engineering, Technology, and Applied Sciences
- Natural Sciences and Mathematics
- Business, Management, and Social Sciences
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Sciences (HSE)
- Possess at least five O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language
- Have completed NYSC with a valid certificate or exemption letter
- Have 0–2 years of work experience
- Must not be older than 28 years at the time of application
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
