Program Details
The TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates who will be deployed in Commercial, Technical, Sales, or Finance departments at the TotalEnergies office in Lagos, Nigeria.
The program spans 18 months, broken into two phases:
- 6 months of training and hands-on experience in Nigeria
- 12 months of international experience in another TotalEnergies affiliate in Africa or at the headquarters in Paris, France (subject to performance and availability)
This opportunity is meant to foster professional development, broaden cultural understanding, and help participants begin their careers with international exposure in a globally recognized energy company.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Have resided in Nigeria for at least 6 months prior to application
- Be below 26 years of age
- Have less than one year of professional work experience
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
