Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Bloom Scholars Program 2025, applicants must:
- Be a recent female secondary school graduate
- Be a citizen of an African country
- Intend to enroll in a recognized university in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Sierra Leone, or South Africa for the 2025 academic year
