The Deloitte Cybersecurity Internship Program is part of Deloitte Academy’s mission to nurture talent for the growing opportunities in the cybersecurity and information technology landscape.

Participants will have access to flexible work arrangements, enabling them to contribute to both their personal development and the progress of their communities. The program aims to build a skilled workforce capable of addressing the rising demands in cybersecurity and related technical areas.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 2025 Deloitte Cybersecurity Internship Program, applicants must:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.A., etc.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of Second Class Upper/Upper Credit
- Have at least five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO or equivalent exams, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in one sitting only
- Be 28 years old or younger as of the date of application
- Demonstrate innovative thinking and the ability to learn new concepts independently
- Hold cybersecurity-related certifications (an added advantage)
- Have knowledge of Information Technology systems, including operating systems, networks, or application development
- Understand IT systems such as Operating Systems, Applications, Networks, and Databases
- Be proficient in using MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Possess knowledge in any of the following areas (an added advantage):
- Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
- Implementation of security standards
- Security operations
- Network monitoring
- Incident response and investigation
- Email security
- Security analytics
- Deployment or management of security tools such as:
- SIEM
- NAC
- DAM
- WAF
- NGFW
- UTM
